Here, MacArthur shows you his system for building homes for less than half price, possibly even free. He really has done his homework on this one. He's interviewed ALL of the real estate and real estate investing experts to create a solid system. Referrals to companies where you can find building materials at a discount, home plans, and loan info for getting it done. I like this system because it can expand your business, and ultimate success as a real estate investor. Many areas are saturated and its becoming harder to find a good deal. This system is a great alternative for having to depend upon discounts and junkers to be successful. Great testimonials and I also like the inexpensive pricetag for such relevant hard to obtain material. One concern I have about this product. Robert Kiyosaki Rich Dad's Roads to Riches
I agree with anyone who says that the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" changed their life. It is THE best 1st book to read about financial freedom. It's inspirational, and pushes you to think creatively and pull opportunity from your soul. Although very good material, his real estate investing information however, is not quite as well put together. Not much information on actually doing the deal, but its good at getting you in the right mindset. Also, he discusses real estate investing methods that some might consider a little risky. I gave it 3½ out of 5 stars because although his material in general is riveting, it is a vague on the nuts and bolts 'how to'. His coaching doesn't come highly recommended. Steve Cook became very successful in real estate investing, very quickly. I've come to know that he is someone you can trust for good material and strategy. His website has a lot of free content and some very affordable products. I recommend anything by Steve Cook at Flipping Homes

It teaches you how your mind really works while helping you stay focused on creating the life you truly desire. I went through this course with a voracious appetite. A very powerful system that I could easily afford. Plus 3 months of personal consultation with the Author himself. He truly wants to see you succeed! I saw changes right away. It really covers everything and can help with all areas of life that need rescue. For this to really be effective, you need to have a little extra time and be able to do the simple exercises.
